The Company  provide  a temporary guarding service for those clients with a short term need. Prices for these services can be agreed on application.
 
Pay rates for all of the above services depend upon the requirements and expertise of the staff required. Furthermore, considerations have to be made for those staff transferring to GDM  under the "Transfer of Undertakings" laws currently in existence. This allows for GDM  to honour the "Terms and Conditions" of employees transferring from the client to contractor or visa versa. 

GDM  staff are very favourable within the industry and the company is striving towards improving these on an ongoing basis. They also reflect current employment legislation.
