NCFE Conflict Management Level 2

The NCFE Level 2 Conflict Management has been accredited by the Qualification and Curriculum Authority (QCA) and is part of the National Qualifcations Framework (NQF).

This is the ideal qualification for those working in an environment which requires knowledge about managing conflict.
